Cancellation Policy
Your appointments and well-being are very important to us. We understand that sometimes,
unexpected delays can occur. If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully
request at least a 24-Hour notice.
Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 24 Hours may result in a cancellation fee.
The amount of the fee will be equal to 50% of the reserved services if we are not notified
24 hours before the appointment time. A complete no-call/no-show may require a fee of 100%
of the reserved service.
As a courtesy, you will receive an email, text, or call to confirm your service appointments
2 days and 2 hours prior to your appointment. Please understand that it is the client’s full
responsibility to remember appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed
appointments and cancellation fees.
